Check Prospect Place car park at 10.00pm and its empty, whilst residents struggle to find spaces for their cars a few 100 yards away. Let cars with resident passes park from 7pm till 8 am and the problem would be solved. Charge us if you must Council, but please demonstrate some joined-up thinking on behalf of the people who pay your wages.
