Following the growth in our activities and the need to have a legal framework to underpin our offer of help to the Eastcott Community Council, Back Garden has submitted a consitution to Swindon Borough Council to cover its current and future activities.
The Constitution creates an Interim Committee to operate until its first AGM when all posts will be up for election. We hope to hold the AGM as soon as funding is available for a flyer to go to all the houses on our patch. The earliest this can be if funding comes from a Council Admin Grant will be March 2012.
